Happy Saturday! It is finally the weekend again! I love spending this extra time with my children and treating them with a dessert or two on the weekend days! I just make sure that if I give them a dessert, I try to give them healthier options! These photos are of my children enjoying sugar free jello and sugar free jello pudding! They absolutely love it and their teeth will not be coated in sugar after eating it! As you can see from these pictures, they sure had fun with their dessert. My little ones love having their older brother home from school on the weekends to entertain them! He finds it funny to encourage his little sister to wear her dessert and she goes right along with it! Although I love taking pictures of this fun food activity, I do not enjoy cleaning up the mess. I just remind myself that they are only young once and that it can't be as bad as the "grease rink incident" in my house when I was young. We (myself and my five other siblings) decided that it would be fun to create and ice skating rink in our kitchen. Because we did not have the capability of making an ice rink, we used every greasy substance we could find in our kitchen. We used butter, whipped cream, Crisco, and anything else we could find that would allow us to slide across the floor. As you can imagine, this mess took us forever to clean once my mom found us skating across the floor. I would take my jello and pudding clean-up any day over the "grease rink."
